Digi Power X delivers Q2 revenue of $6.6 million

Digi Power X (NASDAQ:DGXX) reported second-quarter revenue of approximately $6.6 million, including $1.1 million from its first AI GPU rental operations.

Revenue included about $3.6 million from colocation and legacy mining and $1.9 million from energy sales, while adjusted EBITDA rose to $3.3 million from $0.1 million a year earlier.

Digi Power X reported a $14.4 million net loss, $142.4 million of quarter-end cash and $110 million of year-to-date capital investments and equipment deposits.

The company’s 40 MW Alabama project is scheduled for 15 MW in December 2026 and another 25 MW in March 2027, subject to execution and financing requirements.

Digi Power X says its existing 10-year AI data-center contract represents about $1.1 billion of revenue, with an expansion option that could raise potential contract value to approximately $2.5 billion.
