Digi Power X (NASDAQ:DGXX) reported progress across its Alabama AI data center campus, with Phase 1 still targeted for December 2026 and Phase 2 targeted for Q1 2027.
The update follows the company’s shift toward AI infrastructure, GPU-as-a-Service, data center colocation, and energy-linked revenue streams.
NeoCloudz, the company’s GPU-as-a-Service platform using NVIDIA B200 and B300 GPUs, is live and generating AI revenue, according to Digi Power X.
Digi Power X said it had about $155 million in cash and cash equivalents as of July 3, 2026, roughly $95 million in year-to-date Columbiana capex, no long-term debt, and all major long-lead equipment secured for Phase 1.
The company said its fiscal 2027 target is a $250–$300 million annualized run-rate across AI colocation, NeoCloudz, and energy sales.
Digi Power X also owns a major stake in US Data Centers, whose ARMS 200 modular unit has operated at Tier 3 standards in Alabama since May 15, 2026, according to the company.
Recent company updates have focused on the Alabama campus buildout, NeoCloudz revenue, NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, the ARMS 200 unit, and financing plans tied to the next phase of expansion.
