Corrections & Feedback Policy
Last reviewed
We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we want to hear about it and we want to fix it in a way you can see. This page explains how to reach us and what happens next. How we report in the first place is set out in our Publishing Principles & Editorial Standards.
Report an error
Tell us what is wrong and where. The more specific you are, the faster we can check it:
- the article URL
- the sentence or figure you believe is wrong
- what you believe the correct information is, and the source for it, if you have one
Pick the route that matches what you found — it goes straight to the team that can check it:
What we do next
We aim to acknowledge a correction request within one business day. We then check the claim against the primary source — the announcement, filing or data feed the article was built on. If we were wrong, we fix it and label the change as set out below. If we were not, we will tell you why. Either way you get an answer.
How we label changes
- Correction
- The article contained a factual error. We fix it and add a dated correction note at the foot of the article saying what was wrong and what it now says.
- Clarification
- The article was accurate but capable of being misread. We rewrite the passage and add a dated note explaining what was clarified.
- Update
- A developing story where new information has arrived. We add the new information and the article's last-updated time changes. Where the update materially changes the story, we say what changed.
- Retraction
- The article should not have been published, or its central claim cannot be supported. We withdraw the content and leave a notice at the same URL explaining that it was retracted and why. We do not silently delete published articles.
Typographical and formatting fixes that do not change meaning are made without a note. Every substantive change updates the article's last-modified time, which is also published in our structured data.
Market data and prices
Prices, charts and signals on Grafa come from third-party data providers and are delayed unless a page says otherwise. If a figure looks wrong, send us the asset, the page and a timestamp — data issues are corrected at the source or by re-fetching, and are not handled as editorial corrections.
Feedback, story ideas and press releases
We read everything sent to us. Coverage suggestions and product feedback go through the feedback form; press releases and media enquiries go through the editorial contact form.
Advertising and partnership enquiries go through a separate advertising & partnerships form and never reach editorial as coverage requests — see Ownership & Funding.
