Digi Power X (NASDAQ:DGXX) announced today that it has signed a 24-month bare metal GPU rental agreement with SubQ AI, a move that formally validates the commercial launch of its proprietary NeoCloudz infrastructure.
The contract, which is set to take effect on May 15, 2026, carries a total value of approximately $19.6 million.
Under the terms of the agreement, Digi Power X will receive a non-refundable upfront payment of roughly $2.95 million, representing 15% of the total contract value.
The partnership centers on the deployment of dedicated NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs, the latest in high-performance AI hardware, housed within a Rated 3 AI data center.
This tier of facility ensures high redundancy and uptime, providing the robust environment necessary for SubQ AI’s intensive computational requirements.
The deal serves as an anchor for a multi-year customer relationship and provides a critical proof of concept for the NeoCloudz platform.
Beyond the immediate revenue, the agreement aligns with Digi Power X’s previously disclosed capacity plans.
The company is currently positioned to host approximately 4,000 Blackwell GPUs, a scale that represents an annualized revenue potential of up to $120 million at full utilization.
