Digi Power X ends fiscal 2025 with $34.2 million revenue
Digi Power X (NASDAQ:DGXX), a company that has pivoted to focus on AI infrastructure and high-performance computing, reported its fiscal 2025 financial results.
Total revenue for the year was $34.2 million.
The company recorded a GAAP net loss of $28.4 million and adjusted EBITDA of negative $3.2 million.
Digi Power X ended the fiscal year with zero debt and a combined liquidity position of $93 million, comprising $78.5 million in cash and $14.8 million in digital currency holdings.
Elsewhere, the company is building a 400MW capacity pipeline in AI infrastructure and expects to generate its first AI revenues as early as April 2026.
Upon full activation, it projects an annual run-rate of up to $282 million from GPU-as-a-Service and colocation offerings.
