VinFast (NASDAQ:VFS) signed an initial partnership with NexMove to supply electric buses to United States customers by 2028.
The newly formed NexMove joint venture combines vehicles, charging, maintenance, and fleet operations into one integrated service contract.
Before official deliveries begin, NexMove will place demonstration buses at Zeem charging depots for initial transit agency evaluations.
These early demonstration units will not be homologated or certified for regular commercial use on public transportation routes.
The company stated it expects this integrated service to simplify fleet deployments.
NexMove operates as a collaborative venture between established transportation companies Transportation Management Services and Zeem Solutions.
The company also announced strategic plans to simultaneously expand its commercial electric bus business into the European market.
