Vertiv Holdings (NYSE:VRT) has completed its acquisition of King Environmental Services (KES), expanding its thermal management services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

KES, headquartered near Dublin, Ireland, specializes in fluid management, commissioning and load-testing services for high-density, liquid-cooled data centers and other mission-critical infrastructure.

โ€œOur acquisition of PurgeRite, in December of 2025, established an important fluid management foundation in North America, and KES is expected to build on that foundation in EMEA,โ€ said Vertiv Chief Executive Officer Gio Albertazzi in the company's September acquisition announcement.

The acquisition adds specialized capabilities covering cooling-system preparation, flushing, filtration, water treatment, performance validation and ongoing operational maintenance.

Vertiv said the transaction would not be material to its financial results, while the purchase price and other financial terms were not disclosed.

The combination builds on Vertiv's December 2025 acquisition of PurgeRite, extending the company's North American fluid management capabilities into major European, Middle Eastern and African markets.

As data centers adopt increasingly powerful AI computing systems, Vertiv aims to strengthen customer support across the thermal management lifecycle, from initial commissioning and load testing to fluid-quality monitoring and operational optimization.
