Vertiv (NYSE:VRT) agreed on September 24, 2026, to acquire King Environmental Services (KES), a Europe-based provider of fluid-management services for data centers and critical infrastructure applications.

Headquartered near Dublin, Ireland, KES provides fluid-system preparation, commissioning, performance validation and load-testing services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen Vertiv’s thermal-management services portfolio in the EMEA region, building on its North American capabilities following the company’s 2025 acquisition of PurgeRite.

KES specializes in thermal load testing for liquid-cooling infrastructure and electrical load testing for critical power systems, supporting the growing requirements of high-performance computing and AI-focused data centers.

Vertiv expects the transaction to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Financial terms were not disclosed, and the company said the acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on financial results.
