This top-line performance reflects an 18% organic growth rate and a 5% contribution from recent acquisitions.

The company recorded an adjusted operating profit of $738 million, which yielded an expanded adjusted operating margin of 22.6%.

Diluted earnings per share grew 53% to $1.27, while adjusted free cash flow increased 234% to reach $925 million.

Following the announcement, Vertiv's share price was down at $255.

The company ended the quarter maintaining a net cash position backed by $5.6 billion in total available liquidity.

Vertiv stated it now expects full-year 2026 net sales between $13.8 billion and $14.2 billion, implying organic growth of 30% to 32%.
