Oculis (NASDAQ:OCS) reported new Phase 2 ACUITY findings showing reduced nerve injury biomarker increases with Privosegtor versus placebo at Day 5.

The findings follow earlier trial results showing an 18-letter improvement in low-contrast visual acuity at Month 3 versus steroid treatment alone.

At Month 6, neurofilament light chain (NfL) remained stable with Privosegtor, while glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) stayed below baseline from Month 1.

Following the announcement, the Oculis share price was up 5.07% at $7.87 on October 21, 2026.

Oculis is advancing Privosegtor through two planned registrational studies under PIONEER, with PIONEER-1 enrolling patients with optic neuritis.

The company began treating PIONEER-1 patients in August and completed randomization in its separate Licaminlimab PREDICT-1 trial in October 2026.
