Li Auto revenue falls to RMB25.7 billion

Li Auto (NASDAQ:LI) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of RMB25.7 billion, down 15.1% year over year, as vehicle deliveries declined 11.5% to 98,330 units.

The company’s revenue increased 11.7% from the previous quarter, while vehicle sales reached RMB24.1 billion and vehicle margin improved to 9.4% from 6.1% in Q1 2026 but remained below 19.4% a year earlier.

Li Auto reported gross profit of RMB2.8 billion and gross margin of 11%, while operating loss reached RMB2.3 billion and net loss totaled RMB1.7 billion compared with profits in the same period last year.

The company reported net cash provided by operating activities of RMB15 million and free cash outflow of RMB1.3 billion during the quarter, while continuing its US$1 billion share repurchase program.

Li Auto stated that it had repurchased approximately 91.7 million Class A ordinary shares as of the announcement date as part of its ongoing capital return program.
