Intuitive Machines delivers SXM-11 satellite

• Intuitive Machines completed in-orbit commissioning and handed over the SXM-11 satellite to SiriusXM.

Intuitive Machines (NASDAQ:LUNR) completed in-orbit commissioning and transferred the SXM-11 satellite to SiriusXM after the geostationary communications satellite became fully operational.

The satellite launched on June 28, 2026, aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket and was developed using Intuitive Machines’ IM 1300 satellite platform.

Intuitive Machines said SXM-11 extends its partnership with SiriusXM, under which the companies have worked together on 13 spacecraft, while supporting SiriusXM’s next-generation satellite network.

Intuitive Machines said recent acquisitions of KinetX, Lanteris Space Systems, Goonhilly Earth Station, and COMSAT LLC support its integrated Build-Connect-Operate space infrastructure framework.

Intuitive Machines provides space products and services, including spacecraft systems, lunar services, and satellite infrastructure solutions.

The company has expanded its operations through acquisitions aimed at increasing capabilities across spacecraft development, communications, and space mission services.
