Intuitive Machines (NASDAQ:LUNR) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $206.2 million, more than four times Q2 2025 revenue, supported by spacecraft production, Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS), OMES, and national security programs.
The company reported a net loss attributable to Intuitive Machines of $46.6 million, or $(0.29) per basic and diluted Class A share, while expanding its contracted backlog through new awards.
The company received $920 million of awards during Q2 2026 and an additional $300 million through the third quarter to date, increasing contracted backlog to a record $1.8 billion, up $1.5 billion from year-end 2025.
National security programs represented 30% of Q2 2026 revenue mix, compared with 3% in the prior-year period, while Intuitive Machines ended the quarter with $367 million in cash and cash equivalents.
Intuitive Machines provides space exploration, lunar services, and space infrastructure solutions, including missions under NASA’s Commercial Lunar Payload Services program and other government contracts.
The company completed acquisitions of Goonhilly Earth Station and COMSAT in August 2026 to expand its space-to-ground data services network and guided for full-year 2026 revenue of $900 million to $1 billion with expectations for positive adjusted EBITDA.
