Innate Pharma (NASDAQ:IPHA) reported revenue and other income of €5.7 million for the first half of 2026, while posting a net loss of €19.6 million as the biotechnology company adjusted its research and development activities.
The company’s revenue increased from €4.9 million in the first half of 2025, while cash, cash equivalents, short-term investments and financial assets declined to €21.4 million from €44.8 million at December 31, 2025.
Operating expenses declined to €24.7 million in the first half of 2026 from €30.3 million a year earlier, with research and development expenses falling to €16.9 million as the company reduced its R&D workforce from 133 to 92 employees.
Innate Pharma develops immunotherapy programs, including antibody-based approaches and ANKET® natural killer cell engager technologies, through internal research and collaboration agreements.
The company reported that its first-half 2026 net loss narrowed from €21.3 million in the first half of 2025, while financial liabilities declined to €20.2 million from €22.6 million due mainly to loan repayments.
