Innate Pharma (NASDAQ:IPHA) completed patient enrollment in the dose escalation phase of its IPH4502 clinical study across 76 patients.

The open-label clinical trial evaluates the Nectin-4 targeting drug as a single agent for heavily pre-treated patients suffering from advanced solid tumors.

"Completing enrollment in the dose escalation marks an important milestone for IPH4502," said Innate Pharma EVP Chief Medical Officer Sonia Quaratino.

The company stated that the therapeutic candidate continues to demonstrate a favorable safety profile with limited hematological toxicity.

Following the announcement, Innate Pharma (NASDAQ:IPHA) share price was down at $1.73.

Researchers anticipate releasing preliminary clinical data by the end of the year to guide optimal dosing parameters.

The international study recruits participants across France and the United States to monitor objective responses in aggressive urothelial carcinomas.
