ECARX posts higher revenue as sales surge 45% to $225.2 million

ECARX Holdings (NASDAQ:ECX) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of US$225.2 million, up 45% year over year, while gross margin reached 19.8%.

Revenue increased from US$155.6 million a year earlier, while gross profit rose to US$44.5 million from US$16.8 million.

Net loss narrowed to US$12 million, R&D expenses fell 14% to US$29.1 million and adjusted EBITDA improved to positive US$0.5 million.

ECARX agreed to acquire the Flyme software portfolio for approximately US$266 million, including Flyme Auto and the cross-device Flyme operating system.

The company shipped more than 550,000 units, secured 33 vehicle design wins and said Antora and Pikes products increased to 42% of quarterly shipments.
