  • CMB.TECH (NYSE:CMBT) sold its Suezmax tanker Stella and delivered the vessel to new owners, expecting an approximately USD 59.6 million gain in the fourth quarter of 2026.

  • CMB.TECH said it will report third-quarter 2026 results on November 26, 2026.

CMB.TECH (NYSE:CMBT) completed the sale of the Suezmax tanker Stella and transferred ownership of the vessel to its new buyers following the finalized transaction.

The company expects to recognize a gain of approximately USD 59.6 million in Q4 2026 based on the difference between the net sale proceeds and the vessel’s recorded book value.

The vessel sale forms part of CMB.TECH’s fleet and asset management activities, with the company scheduled to release its third-quarter 2026 results on November 26, 2026.
