CMB.TECH (NYSE:CMBT) reported unaudited second quarter 2026 revenue of USD703.9 million, compared with USD387.8 million in the same period last year, while profit for the period reached USD364.4 million.
The results compared with Q2 2025, when the company reported a loss of USD7.6 million, while EBITDA increased to USD552.8 million from USD224.1 million during the same period.
The company reported basic earnings per share of USD1.26 based on 290.2 million weighted-average shares, while the Supervisory Board proposed a total distribution of USD0.64 per share through an interim dividend and share-premium repayment, subject to shareholder approval.
CMB.TECH also reported year-to-date 2026 profit of USD733.2 million and said its contract backlog remained stable at USD3.26 billion.
The company also reported fleet optimization activity through vessel sales, with realized and expected gains exceeding USD250 million across 2026, and nine planned newbuilding deliveries across Newcastlemax, VLCC, Suezmax, CSOV, and CTV segments.
