Celsius Holdings (NASDAQ:CELH) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $817.9 million, up 10.6%, with gross margin reaching 48.1%.
Revenue increased from $739.3 million a year earlier as North American sales reached $790.7 million and international sales totaled $27.2 million.
The company said it completed the Rockstar integration during the quarter despite continued pressure from higher commodity costs.
Celsius also reported an approximately 20.1% dollar share of the United States ready-to-drink energy category during the period.
Celsius now owns the CELSIUS, Alani Nu and Rockstar Energy brands as part of its broader functional-beverage portfolio.
The company said completing the Rockstar integration supports its strategy of operating a multi-brand energy-drink business across domestic and international markets.
