Atkore (NYSE:ATKR) reported fiscal 2026 third-quarter net sales of $794.8 million, up 8.1%, while adjusted earnings reached $1.92 per diluted share.
Compared with the prior-year quarter, adjusted EBITDA rose $4.7 million to $104.7 million, but net income fell $42.2 million to $0.7 million.
The quarter included a $50 million litigation settlement, while Atkore approved a $0.33 dividend payable on August 28, 2026.
Following the announcement, Atkore share price was unchanged at $72.96 in the latest available quote, which preceded the reopening of U.S. trading.
Compared with its fiscal second quarter, Atkore’s sales increased 8.7%, adjusted EBITDA rose 29.1% and adjusted earnings per share climbed 56.1%.
Atkore previously divested its HDPE and Belgian coatings businesses and completed three plant closures as part of its stated electrical-infrastructure focus.
