Webull is adding cryptocurrency trading in Canada through Coinbase’s Crypto-as-a-Service infrastructure.

The move adds digital assets to Webull’s existing stocks, ETFs and options offering for Canadian clients.

Webull’s Canadian website lists 10 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC), Ether (CRYPTO:ETH) and Solana (CRYPTO:SOL), with more assets available.

Coinbase will provide the underlying trading and custody services for Webull’s Canadian crypto offering.

Webull cited Ontario Securities Commission research showing Canadian digital asset ownership reached 25% this year, from 10% in 2023.

The expansion comes as Canadian regulators develop clearer crypto rules, including a proposed federal framework for fiat-backed stablecoins.

Webull already offers crypto trading in the United States, Australia and Brazil, making Canada its latest crypto market.

At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $78,848.17.
