Webull received a Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) licence to launch cryptocurrency services across the European Economic Area.
The licence allows Webull to offer crypto trading in all 30 EEA countries through a single regulatory approval.
"This milestone reflects our long-term commitment to building a trusted and compliant digital asset platform," Webull Europe chief executive officer Patrick Ring said.
The licence was granted by the Bank of Lithuania under the European Union's MiCA framework.
Webull said the approval will help expand its crypto products across Europe under one set of rules.
The company already offers stock trading and investment services in several European markets.
MiCA created a single regulatory framework that allows licensed crypto firms to operate across the European Economic Area.
