Webull (NASDAQ:BULL), through its subsidiary Webull Thailand, signed an agreement to acquire Pi Securities, a Thai investment services firm with more than 50 years of market experience.

The deal values Pi Securities at approximately $100 million and is aimed at expanding Webull’s presence in Thailand and broadening its product ecosystem.

Webull said the transaction is subject to regulatory review and shareholder approvals before it can be completed.

Pi Securities operates in Thailand’s investment services sector and brings decades of local market experience into the deal.

Webull said the acquisition is part of its broader strategy to scale its international operations in Southeast Asia.

The company also said it expects the deal to strengthen its regional offerings once all approvals are secured.
