Jeff Park has resigned as Chief Investment Officer of ProCap Financial, the $750 million Bitcoin-focused firm founded by Anthony Pompliano, effective April 3, 2026.

The company confirmed in an SEC filing that Park’s departure was voluntary and not due to disagreements with management, while also waiving his non-compete clause.

The agreement includes salary continuation through May 8 and continued vesting of restricted stock units through August, alongside extended health coverage.

Park joined ProCap in mid-2025 from Bitwise Asset Management and led the firm’s Bitcoin investment strategy and portfolio construction.

During his tenure, ProCap accumulated approximately 5,457 BTC and implemented share buybacks to address a discount to net asset value.

He also promoted “Radical Portfolio Theory,” advocating for heavy Bitcoin allocations over traditional portfolio models.

With no replacement named, ProCap’s investment direction now rests more directly with Anthony Pompliano as the firm continues its Bitcoin accumulation strategy.

At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $69,167.37.
