Ondo (CRYPTO:ONDO) was trading at about US$0.3084 as analysts monitored a key technical pattern, with a breakout above resistance potentially targeting US$0.325 and a break below support increasing the risk of short-term selling.

Market analysts said ONDO is trading within a narrowing range, a pattern that often precedes higher price volatility as buyers and sellers compete for direction.

According to Crypto With Gopal, “if the price breaks above the upper trendline, a move towards $0.325 is on the table, while a drop below the pattern’s support could trigger short-term selling pressure.”

Data from Token Terminal showed Ondo Finance holds a 74.5% share of the blockchain-based tokenised exchange-traded fund market, where tokenised ETF assets total less than US$450 million compared with the global ETF market valued at more than US$20 trillion.

Analysts said ONDO's next price move will likely depend on whether it breaks above technical resistance while demand for tokenised financial products continues to grow, and as Ondo is a cryptocurrency there was no share price reaction.

Ondo Finance focuses on bringing real-world assets onto blockchain infrastructure, making it one of the largest participants in the emerging tokenised ETF market as institutional interest in blockchain-based financial products continues to develop.

The large gap between the US$20 trillion global ETF market and the current tokenised ETF market suggests significant room for expansion, although future growth will depend on broader adoption of tokenised real-world assets and continued investor demand.
