  • Dataline raised $10.6 million in seed funding to expand its decentralised data network for AI agents.
  • Lattice and Samsung-backed Dispersion Capital co-led the round, joined by Coinbase Ventures and other investors.
  • Dataline plans to launch its token by year-end and hold a public sale through Uniswap’s auction platform on Base.

Dataline raised $10.6 million in seed funding for its decentralised AI data network, according to an exclusive report by The Block.

The round was co-led by Lattice and Samsung-backed Dispersion Capital, with Coinbase Ventures, Symbolic Capital, Anagram and Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev participating.

“For example, a stablecoin priced at $0.97 could be a bargain or the start of a depeg, and a simple price feed / API can't tell the difference,” Dataline co-founder Nuo Shi said in a statement.

Dataline’s network covers around 50 data sources, using AI to score information for reliability, recency and consistency before agents use it.

“Dataline pairs the pricing data with context on peg stability and cross-venue outliers, so bots, smart contracts, and people know which one they're looking at,” Shi said.

The startup plans to sell its future token publicly on Base through Uniswap’s Continuous Clearing Auction system, with sale details expected next week.

Dataline will use the funding to add data sources, improve verification and explore applications including robotics and AI training data.

The planned token launch is targeted for the end of 2026, with the asset intended for network payments and data access.
