Uniform Labs raises $8 million for Multiliquid
- Uniform Labs has raised $8 million across pre-seed and seed rounds to develop Multiliquid.
- Polychain led the seed round, joined by Strobe Ventures, CMT Digital, Metalayer Ventures, Generative Ventures and Circle Ventures.
- The funding will support engineering, liquidity partnerships and integrations for tokenised assets and digital cash.
Uniform Labs has raised $8 million to develop Multiliquid, its settlement platform for tokenised assets.
The funding combines a pre-seed round raised in 2025 and a seed round completed between April and June 2026.
“Tokenization puts real-world assets onchain, but onchain is not the same as real-time or liquid,” Multiliquid founder and CEO Will Beeson told The Block.
Multiliquid enables institutions to exchange tokenised assets for stablecoins through atomic settlement, designed to complete transactions as a single operation.
“Institutions need the flexibility to rebalance reserves, meet intraday margin calls, and switch yield strategies across venues 24/7 without being locked behind issuer-specific redemption windows or siloed ecosystems,” Beeson said.
The platform supports Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL), with tokenised funds from Wellington Management, VanEck, Janus Henderson and Fasanara among its supported assets.
Uniform Labs plans to use the funding to expand protocol engineering, recruit liquidity providers and trading venues, and integrate additional tokenised cash and Treasury products.
Multiliquid is processing initial pilot transactions and plans to add liquidity providers in the fourth quarter, as it develops infrastructure for institutional digital-asset markets.
