US Charges Former Cuban Leader Raúl Castro With Murder

Acting US Attorney General Todd Blanche made the announcement Wednesday in Miami. The charges stem from the downing of two civilian aircraft in 1996. They were operated by a Florida-based exile group called Brothers to the Rescue. Bloomberg's Myles Miller reports.
