Key points

  • QuickFee generated $4.2 million in Q1 FY27 revenue, matching its normalised previous corresponding period.
  • Reported group revenue fell 29% compared to Q1 FY26 following the sale of US Pay Now.
  • The business revised its FY27 EBITDA guidance to between $4.5 million and $5 million.

QuickFee (ASX:QFE) reported Q1 FY27 group revenue of $4.2 million, matching its normalised previous corresponding period.

Reported revenue fell 29% from $5.9 million after the company sold its US Pay Now business in September 2025.

CEO Bruce Coombes said, "QuickFee has a differentiated position in the market as a low-risk B2B lender. In Q1 FY27, the economic environment in Australia was more challenging for SMEs, and therefore we were more selective in our transaction volumes from certain customers, which adversely impacted our TTV in Australia."

US total transaction value rose 15% to US$5.5 million, while Australian transaction value fell to $15 million.

QuickFee stated that Australian disbursement funding total transaction value is expected to remain strong.

The company maintained a low lending default rate within a softer Australian market.

QuickFee scheduled an update on capital management and outlook for its general meeting on Nov. 17.
