UK Business Secretary Peter Kyle said the governing Labour Party's industrial strategy will survive a change of leadership, arguing Keir Starmer's likely successor, Andy Burnham, was "already committed" to the policy. Kyle made the comments Monday in an interview to Bloomberg's Lizzy Burden.
