  • Right Resources has started its initial 2,000-metre aircore drilling programme at the Blue prospect in New South Wales.
  • Assay results are scheduled for progressive release throughout the December quarter, depending on laboratory turnaround.
  • The campaign aims to evaluate six tungsten and five gold soil anomalies identified during previous exploration.

Right Resources (ASX:RRE) has commenced maiden aircore drilling covering approximately 2,000m across 60 holes at its Blue prospect located 22km north of Tumbarumba, New South Wales.

The fully funded exploration campaign represents the first phase of a broader drilling programme designed to deliver the initial subsurface test of six tungsten and five gold soil anomalies.

The programme will utilise assay results to evaluate grade tenor, geometry, and continuity of shallow mineralisation to help rank future targets.

Initial work is focusing on tenement EL9028, with a proposed second stage planned for tenement EL9889 later in the December quarter subject to regulatory approvals.

The company expects assay results to be released progressively during the December quarter.

Following the announcement the Right Resources share price was unchanged at $0.085.

The Blue prospect area was selected for exploration following systematic surface sampling that mapped distinct metallic signatures.

The campaign forms part of the company's regional growth strategy across its minerals portfolio in eastern Australia.
