Pro Medicus (ASX:PME) has secured two major contract wins in the United States, totalling $44 million.

The Melbourne-based company’s wholly owned US subsidiary, Visage Imaging, Inc., has signed a new seven-year, $16 million deal with TidalHealth.

The contract introduces Visage’s full cloud-based suite—including the Visage 7 Viewer, Workflow, and Open Archive—alongside their specialised cardiology imaging system.

TidalHealth operates a regional network across Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia, with a formal system rollout targeted for early 2027.

Pro Medicus has locked in a lucrative five-year, $28 million contract renewal with Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network.

The third-term extension expands AHN’s capabilities by integrating the Visage 7 Workflow across its 14 hospitals and 300 clinical locations.

The renewal was negotiated with higher minimum transaction volumes and increased fees per transaction.

Pro Medicus CEO Dr Sam Hupert noted that the AHN extension pushes the company's total renewals for the current financial year to a massive $125 million.

Dr Hupert highlighted a growing industry trend where large-scale healthcare enterprises look to streamline operations by consolidating disparate imaging networks into unified, cloud-hosted platforms.
