  • Nanoveu executed an exclusive original equipment manufacturer agreement with One Immersive to launch its EyeFly3D mobile films across India.
  • The agreement is underpinned by a purchase order valued at US$300,000, with US$165,000 already received.
  • The partnership targets the Indian digital media market, where One Immersive has converted over 5,000 hours of content for a 2026 release.

Nanoveu (ASX:NVU) announced that it entered into a binding agreement with One Immersive to launch glasses-free 3D mobile films across India, backed by a US$300,000 purchase order.

The agreement contrasts with traditional mobile display models by targeting an Indian smartphone and digital media market that the company noted is projected to reach US$88.99 billion and US$132 billion, respectively.

"The partnership will aim to roll out Nanoveu’s EyeFly3D glasses-free 3D mobile films nationwide across India," the company said in a statement.

The agreement will be executed via Nanoveu’s joint venture subsidiary, Fullveu Technologies (HK), with One Immersive providing a core product that brings curated 3D content to a major over-the-top content platform in India with over 100 million monthly active users.

The company stated that the partnership will serve as one of the first large-scale consumer deployments of glasses-free 3D mobile technology in India, supported by One Immersive's proprietary 2D-to-3D conversion engine.

Following the announcement, the Nanoveu share price was down at $0.064.

Nanoveu is a technology company specialising in advanced semiconductor, visualisation, and materials sciences.
