London City Equities reports $5M net gain in FY26

London City Equities (ASX:LCE) posted a full-year net gain of $3.2 million in the prior year.

The strong performance compares to shareholders' equity of $24.6 million in 2025, lifting net assets per share from 78.6 cents to 91.4 cents.

"The sale of the final portion of our 7% shareholding in Fiducian Group concluded with total proceeds thereof of some $21 million," stated the London City Equities board of directors in the preliminary report.

The company completed its exit from Fiducian Group with a final capital gain of $8 million in fully franked dividends.

These portfolio exits increased cash and cash equivalents from $25.2 million by the end of June 2026.

Following the announcement, the London City Equities share price was unchanged at $0.85.

London City Equities operates as an Australian investment company focusing on long-term strategic equity holdings in ASX-listed entities.
