Locality Planning Energy secures $7.2M facility with Westpac

Locality Planning Energy Holdings (ASX:LPE) signed a new $7.2 million secured banking facility with Westpac Banking Corporation (ASX:WBC).

The Westpac facility replaces the company's previous debt arrangements with Roadnight Capital, which will be repaid in full.

The package comprises a $3 million project facility, a $3.7 million line of credit and $0.5 million for equipment finance.

LPE stated that the refinancing is expected to lower borrowing costs, extend debt tenor, and simplify its capital structure.

Following the announcement, the Locality Planning Energy Holdings share price was unchanged at $0.96.

In July 2026, the company secured three residential development partnerships representing an estimated $5.8 million investment across 18 sites.

As of June 30, LPE held $74 million in total cash, with $4.8 million available for operations.
