Lilly Gets Back Into the Vaccine Business With New Deals

Eli Lilly & Co. is buying three clinical-stage vaccine developers for as much as $3.8 billion as it looks to become a leader in infectious diseases. The drugmaker has been using cash from its obesity drugs to expand into other disease areas. Bloomberg's Gerry Smith reports.
