Europe has fallen behind on text-based AI - known as LLMs - AMI Labs CEO Alex LeBrun told BTV's Tom Mackenzie at Vivatech 2026 in Paris, France. But it could still pull ahead in the race for world models - another evolution in AI that moves away from text-based models, towards spatial and physical intelligence.
