  • Capital will fund exploration programmes across antimony and gold targets in Austria.

Europa Metals (ASX:EUZ) began trading on the Australian Securities Exchange today after completing an initial public offering that raised $4 million at $0.20 per share.

The new capital listing comes as the exploration business shifts focus to systematically testing its Austrian mineral assets.

"We have three priority project areas, a substantial body of historical information and a clear sequence of fieldwork, geophysics and drilling," said Europa Metals Executive Chairman Myles Campion.

The company stated that funds will directly support exploration across the Kreuzeck West, Kreuzeck East, and Goldeck-Siflitz project areas.

The company plans to convert historical mine records and geophysical data into ranked targets ahead of initial drilling campaigns.

Following the announcement, the Europa Metals share price was up at $0.215.

American Tungsten & Antimony (ASX:AT4) participated in the capital raising effort and now holds an approximate 11% stake in the entity.

The primary Kreuzeck West target area encompasses former mine workings spanning approximately 21.2km2 across a nine-kilometre trend.
