Elixinol Wellness posts nine-month hemp sales of $6.4M
- Elixinol Wellness reported combined branded and bulk hemp sales of $6.41 million for the nine months to Sept 30, marking a 12% increase compared to the prior corresponding period.
- Gross profit rose by 41% over the same period as supply chain efficiencies and economies of scale improved operational margins.
- The revenue growth is being driven by expanded national grocery supply contracts and new product distributions at major warehouse retailers.
Elixinol Wellness (ASX:EXL) recorded an increase in hemp product revenue and profitability for the first nine months of 2026, driven by higher grocery volumes and enhanced processing efficiency.
The performance represents a recovery from previous margin constraints, supported by recurring order volumes across its primary trade channels.
The business stated that the expansion of its grocery footprint, branded reach, and bulk processing capability positions it as the leading Australian hemp food supplier.
Natalie Butler, CEO and Executive Director, said, “The team's experience supports consistent delivery, while Hemp Foods Australia's nutritional profile and product-specific FODMAP certification differentiate the branded range.”
The company secured full supply contracts for two major grocery programmes extending into 2027, up from a single full programme and one shared arrangement in 2025.
Operational efforts will focus on expanding retail product placement, including returning its protein line to warehouse stores in Australia and New Zealand during the fourth quarter.
Following the announcement, the Elixinol Wellness share price was down at $0.006.
The group operates consumer brands, including Hemp Foods Australia, alongside bulk ingredient supply businesses to service national retail networks.
