Dotz Nano (ASX:DTZ) signed a five-year services agreement with Africa Israel Hotels to supply and operate its AI-based chiller system across six properties.
The contract starts with six hotels covering 3,705 tonnes of installed cooling capacity, following execution by Africa Israel Hotels on Nov. 4.
The transaction operates on a performance-based revenue model where Dotz Nano charges a monthly fee equal to 40% of verified air-conditioning electricity savings.
Dotz CEO Nati Harpaz said, “Our focus now is disciplined execution – re-commissioning the Jerusalem site on the Dotz Energy platform, demonstrating measured results and then working with AFI to extend the system to further properties.”
The company stated that installation will occur within 60 business days, followed by a 30-day measurement period before monthly fee collection begins.
Following the announcement, the Dotz Nano share price was unchanged at $0.014.
The ChillerAI technology dynamically manages large air-conditioning plants to reduce energy consumption in commercial buildings.
