  • Ramsay Santé reported a 2.9% rise in first-quarter revenue to €1.2 billion, supported by increased French hospital admissions and solid performance in the Nordic region.
  • The company’s first-quarter EBITDA climbed 7.5% to €121 million as cost controls helped offset public funding constraints and ongoing inflation.
  • Management maintained its short- and mid-term financial outlook while continuing execution of its Connecting Care 2030 strategic plan.

European healthcare provider Ramsay Santé generated first-quarter revenue of €1.2 billion after expanding its volume of day medicine admissions in France.

The group's performance improved compared to the prior year period as net operating cash flow rose by €40 million to negative €3 million.

"The plan builds on the group's integrated healthcare model and focuses on improving patient access and care pathways, accelerating innovation and digitalisation, strengthening operational excellence and supporting sustainable, profitable growth," stated Ramsay Santé.

In addition to operational progress, the company reduced its restated net leverage from 5.2x in September 2025 down to 5.1x while carrying net financial debt of €3.73 billion.

Ramsay Healthcare (ASX:RHC) owns a 52.79% stake in Ramsay Sante.

Following the announcement, the Ramsay Healthcare share price stood at $55.91.

The healthcare group introduced its Connecting Care 2030 strategic roadmap at its Capital Markets Day on Sept. 17 to guide operational priorities.

Operational highlights during the period included securing four facility certification renewals, achieving an 80/100 third-party mission score, and commissioning a new radiotherapy unit alongside a PET scanner in France.
