CGN Resources completes 2,093m maiden drilling program

CGN Resources (ASX:CGR) completed a maiden 2,093-metre reverse circulation drilling programme at its Christmas Well Project.

The exploration campaign drilled 15 holes across the Ox Tongue, Lambs Fry, Sweetbread, and Rocky Mountain Oyster targets.

All drill samples were dispatched to Intertek Laboratories for multi-element analysis.

CGN Resources stated that assay results are expected within four to six weeks.

The company also executed a heritage access agreement with the Nyalpa Pirniku Traditional Owners covering the Panhandle project.

Following the announcement, the CGN Resources share price was unchanged at $0.08.

The agreement enables the business to advance fieldwork and prioritise drill testing at the Pelican target.
