Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) has declared a final distribution of 5.20 cents per stapled security for the period ending June 30.

This final payment comprises a 0.50 cent fully franked dividend and a 4.70 cent trust distribution.

The company confirmed that its distribution reinvestment plan is suspended for this upcoming final distribution.

Following the announcement, the Centuria Capital Group share price was unchanged at $1.86.

This distribution comes alongside the group expanding its digital operations through a partnership with ResetData.

The company stated that its data centre pipeline targets a capacity of over 200 megawatts by 2030.
