Yum Brands (NYSE:YUM) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.17 billion, up 12% year over year, while adjusted earnings per share reached $1.62.

Net income increased to $853 million, or $3.08 per diluted share, from $374 million, or $1.33 per share, in the prior-year quarter.

Taco Bell reported a 7% increase in same-store sales, while KFC same-store sales increased 2% and KFC system sales in China grew 6%, partly offset by a 1% decline in Pizza Hut same-store sales.

Yum Brands also reported adjusted EPS above analyst expectations.

The company’s worldwide system sales increased 5% excluding foreign currency translation, reflecting performance across its global restaurant brands.

Yum Brands operates Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants worldwide and continues to focus on restaurant expansion, digital sales and brand performance.
