Youxin Technology (NASDAQ:YAAS) reported unaudited first-half fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.88 million, up 444% year over year, mainly due to the consolidation of Celnet and higher customized CRM development activity.
The results compared with revenue of $0.35 million in the prior-year period, while gross margin improved to 41% from 37% as gross profit increased to $0.77 million.
Youxin Technology reported professional services revenue increased 662% to $1.75 million, while subscription revenue declined 8% to $0.09 million, and operating expenses increased to $2.65 million from $1.40 million.
General and administrative expenses increased to $2.05 million, partly due to the Celnet consolidation and $0.64 million in share-based compensation, while net loss attributable to ordinary shareholders widened to $1.93 million, or $0.20 per share.
Cash and cash equivalents declined to $4.55 million as of March 31, 2026, compared with $9.91 million as of September 30, 2025, reflecting higher investing outflows and lower financing inflows.
