WisdomTree assets rise to $162.9 billion in Q2

WisdomTree (NYSE:WT) reported second-quarter 2026 net income of $44.3 million, or $48.1 million on an adjusted basis, as assets under management increased to $162.9 billion.
The company’s assets under management rose 6.7% from the previous quarter, supported by the acquisition of Atlantic House Holdings Limited, market appreciation and net inflows.
WisdomTree reported $3.1 billion in net inflows during the quarter, while operating revenue increased 11.1% to $177.2 million due to higher average assets under management, the Atlantic House acquisition and higher performance fees.
The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share and repurchased approximately 1.5 million shares for $25.9 million.
Operating income margin increased to 40.5% during the quarter, while adjusted operating income margin reached 42.6%, supported by higher revenue and lower acquisition-related costs.
Meanwhile, WisdomTree retired $126.9 million of convertible senior notes for $207.5 million in cash consideration and continues operating as a global asset manager focused on exchange-traded products and investment solutions.
