WisdomTree (NYSE:WT) announced that its firm-wide assets under management reached an all-time high in May 2026, fueled by record asset volumes across its U.S., European, and Digital Asset segments, alongside the formal closing of a key international acquisition.

The New York-based financial innovator and exchange-traded fund sponsor generated more than $2 billion of net inflows during the month.

This strong performance brought its year-to-date net inflows past the $9 billion threshold, reflecting a robust 16% annualized organic growth rate.

The firm noted that the capital inflows were well-distributed, with broad-based contributions spanning all major product categories.

Operationally, the month was highlighted by the May 1, 2026, completion of WisdomTree's acquisition of London-based boutique asset manager Atlantic House.

The transition added over $4 billion of high-margin assets under management at a blended fee rate of 55 basis points, while simultaneously opening up ancillary, non-AUM revenue streams for the combined business.

WisdomTree’s UCITS platform—the European wrapper utilized for cross-border fund distribution—also maintained its accelerated expansion path.

Year-to-date UCITS net inflows reached $3.9 billion, translating to an outsized 77% annualized organic growth rate and expanding total UCITS assets under management by 44% since the start of the year.

Per corporate reporting standards, these preliminary operational metrics intentionally exclude assets under management and flows tied to private assets managed by Ceres Partners.

Ceres held approximately $2 billion in standalone AUM as of March 31, 2026, and its corresponding financial performance will be detailed separately alongside WisdomTree's upcoming quarterly earnings release.
