Vyome Holdings (NASDAQ:HIND) reported second-quarter 2026 results and provided a corporate update, highlighting progress on VT-1953, its lead program for symptoms associated with malignant fungating wounds.
The company said Phase 2 data for VT-1953 showed statistically significant improvements in malodor, patient-reported impact of malodor on daily life, and lesion pain, with no treatment-emergent adverse events reported.
Vyome submitted a pre-IND briefing package to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in March 2026 outlining its proposed pivotal clinical study strategy, received written FDA feedback during the second quarter, and plans to continue discussions through a Type C meeting.
The company reported total operating expenses of approximately $874,000 for the quarter, including $507,000 in research and development expenses and $365,000 in selling, general, and administrative expenses.
Vyome reported cash and cash equivalents of approximately $7.9 million as of June 30, 2026, compared with approximately $5 million at December 31, 2025, while total stockholders’ equity was approximately $7.3 million.
The company also expanded its pipeline through an agreement with Impetis Biosciences to in-license two selective JAK inhibitor assets targeting autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.
