Victoria's Secret (NYSE:VSCO) reported second quarter 2026 net sales of $1.611 billion, up 10% year over year, with comparable sales increasing 9% and results reaching near the high end of company guidance.
The quarterly sales increase compared with the prior-year period, when the company reported lower revenue and operating income, reflected higher comparable sales across its business operations.
Victoria’s Secret reported operating income of $257 million compared with $41 million a year earlier, including more than $140 million in IEEPA tariff refunds, while adjusted operating income increased to $124 million from $55 million.
The company reported adjusted net income of $80 million, or $0.95 per diluted share, compared with $0.33 per diluted share a year earlier, exceeding its previous guidance range of $0.65 to $0.75 per share.
Looking ahead, Victoria’s Secret raised its full-year 2026 outlook and now expects net sales of $7.10 billion to $7.18 billion and adjusted operating income of $560 million to $590 million, both above previous guidance and 2025 levels, according to company forecasts.
The company operates through lingerie, beauty, and personal care categories, with financial performance influenced by consumer demand, pricing, promotions, and operating costs.
