Vertical Aerospace names Fabrice Brégier chair

• Vertical Aerospace (NYSE:EVTL) appointed Fabrice Brégier as Chair of its Board of Directors effective September 21, 2026.
• Brégier brings more than three decades of aerospace, defence and technology leadership experience.
• The appointment comes as Vertical focuses on certification and commercialization of its Valo eVTOL aircraft.

Vertical Aerospace (NYSE:EVTL) appointed Fabrice Brégier as Chair of its Board of Directors, effective September 21, 2026, as the company advances development of its electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.

Brégier has more than three decades of experience in aerospace, defence, helicopters, commercial aviation and advanced technology, including leadership roles at Airbus and other aerospace organizations.

During his career, Brégier served as Chief Executive Officer of Airbus Commercial Aircraft from 2012 to 2016 and later held senior leadership positions at Airbus Group and Airbus Commercial Aircraft.

Vertical is developing the all-electric Valo aircraft and is focused on certification, commercialization and potential applications across passenger, hybrid-electric, autonomous and defence markets.

Brégier previously served as President of Palantir Technologies France from 2018 to 2024 and currently holds non-executive board roles at Safran, ENGIE and SCOR.
